Laurie Hegge 

Laurie Fannigan-Hegge “Elsie”

Laurie Flanigan-Hegge is an actress and a playwright. Her new musicals Hormel Girls and Twenty Days to Find a Wife premiered at the History Theatre in St. Paul, where her latest project, Grandfather Bear, is currently in development. Onstage, she was most recently seen in Joan of Arc at Nautilus Music-Theatre and Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story at the History Theatre. She was a company member at the American Folklore Theatre in Door County for twelve years, where her new musicals Loose Lips Sink Ships and See Jane Vote made their premieres and she shared the stage with her real-life husband Jon. She is delighted to play opposite him again. Laurie is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association.

Jon Hegge 

Jon Hegge “Art”

Jon Andrew Hegge received his MFA in Acting from the University of Minnesota. He has toured extensively around the United States in The Odd Couple, The Sunshine Boys, and Same Time Next Year. For six years he was a company member of American Folklore Theatre (AFT) in Door County, WI, where he appeared in several world premiere musicals including See Jane Vote, Loose Lips Sink Ships, and Muskie Love. Guthrie Theatre credits include six seasons of A Christmas Carol and 1776. Recent credits include Ragtime at Park Square, Beauty and the Beast at the Ordway Theatre, Mulan Jr. at Children's Theatre Company, All Shook Up at Chanhassen Dinner Theatre and On The Town at Skylark Opera. Jon is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association.

Kim Kivens 

Kim Kivens “Millie”

A voice-over and on-camera talent for radio/television, Kim was last on stage at the Ordway’s McKnight Theatre with Theater Latte Da’s production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Rona). Other recent performances were at the Illusion with Minneapolis Musical Theatre’s Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Muriel) and at the Dowling Studio in the Guthrie in Mu Performing Art’s Yellow Face (Miles, Jane, etc.). Favorite roles: mom to Lily and wife to Joe.

David Roberts

David Roberts “Oscar”

David Roberts is very happy to be working on this show. Over the years working on new scripts has become one of his favorite things. David has been working as an actor in the Twin Cities most of his life. Some recent credits include work with The Illusion Theatre, the History Theatre, the Jungle Theatre and The Plymouth Playhouse. This summer David can be found in Medora, North Dakota playing Teddy Roosevelt in The Medora Musical. He can also be seen in the holiday favorite, All Is Calm, this December at the Pantages Theatre in downtown Minneapolis. 

Lizzie Schwarzrock

Lizzie Schwarzrock “Audrey”

Lizzie Schwarzrock is very excited to be a part of Deal! The Musical. Lizzie recently completed an apprenticeship with Actors Theatre of Louisville. Previous credits include The End as a part of the Humana Festival of New American Plays, A Christmas Carol, A Christmas Story, What the Butler Saw, Freak Show, and Love's Labour's Lost.

Aly Westberg

Aly Westberg “Julie”

Aly is happy to be able to put her musical theater B.F.A to good use for this show! She's also had the pleasure of playing Maria in The Sound of Music, traveling to Istanbul to perform in Footloose, and currently acting a fool in the sketch comedy Bye Bye Liver: The Twin Cities Drinking Play. 

Max Wojtanowicz

Max Wojtanowicz “Clint”

Max is very excited to be a part of Deal! A native of Rice, MN, and a graduate of St. Olaf College, Max has worked with many theaters around town including the Children's Theatre Company, Nautilus Music-Theater, Guthrie Theater, Frank Theatre, Theatre Latte Da, Minneapolis Musical Theatre, Urban Samurai, Workhouse Theatre and The Strange Capers.
